Color, color, color! Yes I know they are MODELS, but check out their hair color. The top section of their hair is a solid color. The underneath is where the streaks are at. This color blocking technique looks great with blond on the top and dark streaks on the bottom too. I've done this technique on shorter hair and it still looks good!
